“A beautiful job, as always! Anywhere Kevin goes, I go. He has the best staff, great prices and I love all of the different styles, colors and all the fun nail art they do. I always have a pleasant visit when I go and I'm always very happy with the service I receive. I will not go to any other salon, this is the only salon I will go to. Go if you haven't or just give them a chance, you will go back!

I like to follow up on my reviews. I noticed a negative review against the shop and the employees as well as the owner, Kevin. It may not be my business however, I have to stick with Kevin on this one. I have been getting my nails done by Kevin for over 20 years. He is a hard worker, has a great family, he runs successful businesses and he does it on his own. He is very polite and the review was taken the wrong way in my eyes, he felt as though you were mistreating his staff when they are the most welcoming group of ladies and very accommodating. Yes, it gets busy and without appointments, they do their best to get you what you want but you sometimes have to wait a few minutes. That's common courtesy, not rude. I also think that Kevin's response was not threatening or concerning. He asked you to remove a very negative comment especially when the review does not pertain to services you would have received had you been a little patient. They may have been short handed that day, or had a large group that was scheduled, we don't know, sometimes it's better to just take a moment and try to understand. This is a business, they don't want to lose clients, they want your business, so it's possible that the first impression may not have been exactly to your liking but I also feel this review should be taken down as well. If the authorities get involved, they will side with the owner, not only because of surveillance cameras but also to just advise that he will involve the authorities because he asked it be taken down for slander and that it's possible you are from the area and the police who get this complaint would get to you right away and it's not worth going through all of that when clearly the best way to go about this would be to just take down the review. Once again, you went in, did not want to wait, no appointment, and was treated badly by the staff because they didn't fully focus on you when they are all working on people's hands and feet with dremel tools and other chemicals. I apologize, I have just known Kevin and many of his staff for decades, and they are all good, hard working, kind and professional. Thank you all for doing a great job. ??“
