He did a great job came over when he said he was coming over popped my heater in and off he went. It was personable on a very chilled out guy. We both do cat rescue I found out. Anyone that’s kind and sensitive to animals is a decent person in my opinion. I don’t know where these reviews come from that says hes an angry guy??? . In fact I’m gonna call him next week for a small HVAC problem.. If you wanna pay thousands, call those other companies stands not like that he’s fair & resonable. Tampering with someones work so you can get money from an escrow account is illegal. He just left there and tightened down real good.and 2 min later they are calling back,its leaking again. The part was obviosly tampered with He spent his time telling some 20 year old how the drainer works on the sink. And the so called builder is clueless. I will bet you a quarter he tampered with it himself. Looking for an excuse to call someone else. The homeowner is trying to get the money out of an escrow account on our dime.. Admitted she ran the cold line for 20min. on a humid day and could not grasp the meaning of condensation.
