After spending six summers in Brigantine, NJ, my husband and I decided to make it our year-round home and sold our house in Northern New Jersey. We were referred to Gary Woerner, a seasoned and well‑established builder in Brigantine with extensive experience building homes in the area, and selected one of his model homes to fully customize. This was our first experience building a home from scratch.
The design and layout exceeded our expectations and perfectly supported our lifestyle, with space for a home gym, office/bedrooms, and multiple guest rooms.

We can't say enough good things about Woerner Customer Builders. We walked through a few of their homes prior to committing so we knew the quality was going to be exceptional.
What stood out most was the professionalism of Gary, Rob, and all of the subcontractors. They were friendly, flexible and walked us through the entire process. They always delivered what we wanted - not necessarily what we asked for on day 1.

I would like to take the time to write a review about the most amazing home building experience we could ask for. My husband and I were looking to build a house on Brigantine island but didn’t know where to start, nor did we even have a plot of land to do so. Our realtor Sharon Montufar hooked us up with Gary Woerner and we are so glad she did. Not only was Gary upfront and accommodating - he also recommended where on the island we could get the most bang for our buck based on current inventory of buildable lots.
