Joe and his team just finished our master bathroom which was a complete remodel with the moving of a door and opening up the space. His design ideas and execution are great. This was our third project with JCP in the past few years and each one has been a positive experience. He and his office manager, Christine are responsive throughout the work and offer useful suggestions as the work progresses. I highly recommend.

Hired them based on old reviews but the quality has significantly declined! Would never recommend. When contacted about the issues work, they said they would come and fix It. They had our keys for a year and never came back. The cut in the vanity for plumbing is shockingly bad. The drain is grouted in and when we needed to clear the drain tonight, I cant remove it to check for hair in the drains. Grout is already cracking, tile edges were never finished properly. I am having work done at my house now with another company and it is unbelievable the difference.

Purchased what will be our retirement home so we wanted to hire someone to do our kitchen remodel - BIG MISTAKE. As DIY'ers, we have a pretty fair knowledge but chose to hire someone because it was our retirement home & we wanted ensure it was done professionally. Our kitchen needed 2 cabinets, counter & tile. It took 10 months & things were done wrong. Had a garbage disposal installed & contractor knew this being installed but he still installed the cabinets before running the electric & now i have an ugly electrical wire running thru 2 brand new cabinets. This is a general contractor. He does not do the actual work so you don't know who is showing up at your house. Poor communication & poor scheduling of work. First day - cabinets were ripped out - took about 20 mins & that was it for the day. Kitchen remained 'gutted' for a few weeks before anyone showed up again. We live here - this is not a vacation home yet there was no urgency to see that this small job got done timely. and now my 1 kitchen drawer is not aligned properly & the grout used already started to crumble about 2 weeks after job was 'completed.' Also, he does not bother to check on the job site to see how things are going. he never even bothered to stop by to view the final outcome. was absent when his contractors came to the job. All work is subcontracted out. You are better off dealing directly with contractors who do the actual work because this company does not communicate well or schedule contractors timely. DO NOT RECOMMEND.

JCP just finished remodeling my kitchen in my very first home, I can't begin to explain how thrilled I am with the end result!. The craftsmanship and everyone's attention to detail really shows in the work itself. Joe and his men were so helpful and made this experience one I would be happy to do again. Christine who works at the office helped me choose everything I needed for the project and her professionalism is unmatched. I would highly recommend JCP Home Remodeling over and over again!!
