As a personal trainer for over 45 years, my body started to feel like it was shutting down. I went to Chris because I was dealing with pain in my lower back and left hip. “I was referred here by my surgeon, Dr.Kubeck. After scheduling my first appointment (which was painless and extremely easy something you don’t see too often) I showed up to my first appointment and was greeted by an entire staff of happy employees. Something you don’t see in any field these days. Everybody there greeted me with a smile. The longer I’ve been there the more people know me by name, even if they don’t work with me personally and make a point to say hi.

My PT John, took his time, asked about my personal life, my hobbies, my job, my accident that put me here and has worked with me to keep me active while still being able to rehab my injuries at the same time safely.

This office comes across as a group of people who want to see me get better rather than, keep my injuries lingering that way they keep a customer in office. My health seems like a priority over my insurance company, which is something you don’t run into very often in the medical field. Everyone there seems like they’re doing it for the right reasons so with that in mind, I can’t say enough nice things about people that work here. I’m sure the day will come sooner than later where I won’t need the physical therapy anymore, but even if it is the case, I plan to still make a point to come back in the future to keep myself on the right track healthwise.“

Amy the acupuncturist. I knew immediately after meeting her that I was in the right place. Amy knows all about the body and where to place needles for many different conditions. At the beginning of each session Amy asked how I'm feeling and will add a new location based on my response.
She's extremely knowledgeable and I have benefitted greatly by seeing her. My chronic pain is under control and I actually don't need to address shoulder pain anymore because it went away with Amy's treatments. The room where I receive acupuncture is very calming and relaxing which gives my body the chance to benefit from acupuncture. The lighting is soft and
the music calms my nerves. I hope to increase the amount of sessions I have with Amy because I truly feel it is making a difference.“
