Johanna is an excellent, very professional massage therapist who is knowledgable, especially in lymphatic massage as she listens to your needs and explains the therapy given. She is also quite lovely! Spavia is very clean and the staff is pleasant.
I had an Essential Signature Massage with Francis and had a wonderful experience. She made me feel completely relaxed and well cared for throughout the entire session. The pressure was perfect, and she was very attentive to my comfort. When I mentioned that the hot stones were causing my muscles to tense up, she immediately adjusted the treatment without any issue.
She was thorough and made sure every area—from my neck and shoulders to my arms, back, hips, legs, feet, and hands—was addressed. I left feeling refreshed and relaxed. I highly recommend Francis and will definitely be requesting her again!
