Somerset Vet Dr. Oratio and tech Ashley are superb. They get down on the floor to play with my pup each visit and every question I have is answered thoughtfully and patiently. There is no “rushed” feeling – I feel like my pup and myself are really heard and cared for. Not only is the medical staff amazing, but too are the front desk personnel – Susan, Lauren and Laura. When I come for an appointment they remember that my pup can only have hypoallergenic treats and welcome her with warm voices and “happy to see you” demeanors. We are fairly new patients here, but I’ve been so happy. My senior dog has health issues that usually need fast assistance. They have been very accommodating making sure we get appointments squeezed in due to my dogs needs. Office staff is nice and helpful. The vets have been great and are very empathetic and caring. Highly recommended.

My cat is the actual spawn of satan. Most vets will not see her unless they sedate her which costs me an extra $500 a visit. Dr Oratio assured me she would be able to take a look at my cat without sedating her and sure enough, we had the best vet visit ever! Dr. Oration recommended my cat go on Prozac which after six months, has made a WORLD of difference! She no longer howls on car rides, and actually greets strangers at the door with a leg rub! I am so grateful for Dr Oration and Somerset Veterinary Group! Thank you!
