We've had a challenging year with our little girl Holly. She is an 11 ols year Boston terrier and is such a sweetheart. Everyone at BVH has gone above and beyond to treat her issues, especially Dr. Ritter. She's so knowledgeable and kind, and she always listens to our concerns. The assistants treat her like a princess, and the people running the whole show up front are terrific. Thank you all for everything you do.
Switching to this practice was the best decision we could have made. From the front desk to the ambiance and the incredible doctors, every detail is top-notch. The team truly goes above and beyond. Dr. Ritter took her time with us, explained everything clearly, and even provided resources to help us save money. We couldn't be happier—make the switch, you won't regret it!
