I used to come here for years to get my eyebrows threaded for a long time, even well before they moved from the bar next to the stairs on the third floor (in front of where the Lord & Taylor used to be) to next to the Macy’s on the second floor
The people who work there are always very friendly, but the last few times I’ve gone, they seem like they didn’t want to be there
They also charged $10 for threading eyebrows for the longest time, but once they started to increase the price, they have been increasing it more incrementally

Last time I was here, the woman made a rude comment about my eyebrows. Tried to return today and the store was closed with no sign of opening, even though it was advertised as open. Don't waste your time.Service: Eyebrow shaping

Every time I come they are either closed or closing (and this I'm turned away at the door)- do not abide by hours of the mall, do not have hours posted, do not have a working number listed. Will not bother trying to come here again.
