Every time I come they are either closed or closing (and this I'm turned away at the door)- do not abide by hours of the mall, do not have hours posted, do not have a working number listed. Will not bother trying to come here again.

I bought one year membership with RMLA (AKA Shapes brow bar) in 2019 March/April at their Columbia Mall location. In March 2020, when COVID hit, and their store was closed indefinitely, they charged my credit card $250 without my authorization. I visited the location multiple times but they were closed. I called the phone numbers I found online but no one picked up. Finally, recently I was able to get through to their corporate office and they kept telling me they are looking into it.
