“I’ve had a membership at this location for a while and visit frequently, so I’ve worked with most of the stylists. The experience can be inconsistent—some visits are great, others less so. Destiny is my top choice for blowouts that last the entire week, and I’ve also had good experiences with Maya and Nancy.

One area that needs improvement is the booking process. When scheduling online, there’s no visibility into which stylist you’ll be assigned unless you call ahead to request someone specific. That lack of transparency often leads to disappointing experiences.

I’m currently in Texas and booked an appointment here, and to my surprise, the Blo dry system allows you to select your stylist at the time of booking. This simple feature makes a big difference in customer satisfaction and avoids unnecessary frustration.

I know the owner reads these reviews, so I’d strongly recommend bringing this functionality to the Bernardsville location as well—it’s a must-have.“

“I had the absolute pleasure getting a last minute appoinment to have my hair done on 11/1/25. I called from the airport and Kim was able to accomodate me at the time I requested. When I lived in NJ she was my go to professional for all hair care services. It has been over 20 years since I last was in her chair and I made sure to let her know I always left with my hair looking beatiutiful so of course she was my first and only option.

The atmosphere is tranquil, the staff friendly,and the services are top notch. I was able to get a tour to see the diffrent areas where services like, waxing, body scrubs, massages ect take place.

“My hair has never looked so good! I was extremely pleased with the service I received from Gloria and with how friendly the whole staff is. The owner was very welcoming and you can tell he loves what he does. This is the second time I’ve gone to Gloria and both experiences have been great! I have a lot of issues with my hair and Gloria made me feel like she really cared about my hair’s health and my hair goals. I’ve had a lot of bad experiences with other hairstylists and it doesn’t help that I also have social anxiety but Gloria made me feel comfortable with her and she has shown me that I can trust her with my hair, my hair went from dry and dull to soft and shiny. She listened to what my goal is for my hair and gave me options based on my hair’s current health, so we don’t do anything too harsh, she also taught me how to take care of my hair in between visits.
