The way this Dr. inconveniences me every time I have an appointment is disgraceful. They book everyone for the same slot of time and will have you waiting in the waiting room for more than an hour to finally see you. This is the second time I have had to arrange my day to travel for my appointment to eventually cancel after a 45-minute wait. Either she is too broke to share her practice with another physician or she’s too greedy and wants to squeeze as much profit as possible. It is unprofessional and downright inconsiderate to expect patients to arrive on time for their appointment to be seen 45 minutes to an hour after their appointment time. Do better.

I made an appointment for laser hair removal. This place is also a pediatricians office so kids/babies in there that are sick coughing and sneezing! Not the experience i was expecting when going for laser hair removal. Name is misleading “bridgewater Aesthetics” I waited almost 30mins and they never called my name so i left! Got a Groupon refund and will be going somewhere else! Also there is hardly any parking. Looks like a house.

I’m absolutely in love with this place. The doctor truly knows what she’s doing. I’ve been to high-end laser clinics before where my skin was actually burned, but my experience here has been exceptional. My facial hair is completely gone, and I’m so excited to start other treatments. Highly recommend!

I did not like my experience. The place is nothing like the name suggests “aesthetics,” it is a pediatricians office and feels like laser is a side business.
I purchased a groupon for Brazilian laser hair removal and the doctor said it wouldn’t cover past the bikini line, her solution was offering to use the voucher just for the bikini line instead, which didn’t make sense given the different sizes. As other reviewers mention, it is rushed and not thorough at all. While I saw some results over the 6 session, it was only on small areas and not the whole area that was supposed to be receiving treatment. They also had a chaperone in the room during visits which was uncomfortable.

My mom had a skin rejuvenation treatment ( full face) provided by Dr. Jalil with laser and we are thrilled with the results! From my initial consultation to the post-treatment care, the entire experience was positive. After just a few weeks, skin looked noticeably smoother and brighter, and wrinkles were significantly reduced and her dark spots gone what makes her very happy!
