5 starts for the technician Colby. He was great and
actually crawled under our house and figured out the issue. The first tech that come out, before Colby, refused to crawl under our house and didn’t help us at all.
Professional organization! Tech was knowledgeable, polite, and took the time to explain what needed to be done to my water system. I especially love that they kept the work area clean so I had no mess to deal with, which has not always been the case with other contractors who have done work in my home. I would highly recommend!
I've been using South Jersey water for a couple years and I am quite pleased with their services. I did start experiencing a little bit of egg and sulfur smell from the high iron content. They helped me determine what was best for our house and to rid ourself of that issue. We installed a carbon filter tank and identified that my water heater was filled with iron. And no point today I feel pressured or bullied into being oversold something I did not need. Star wars super easy and they checked in multiple times to make sure that we were happy with what was done.
