NJ Manufacturers Insurance Company sent out Royal Restorations to do the remediation of a flood in my house due to a broken filtered water line. There was severe damage to our flooring and flooding in the basement.Everything had to come out. The laminate flooring, tile below, and underlayment all had to be ripped out. Base cabinets, counter tops, sink, etc. were removed.They did a fine job and when it came time for me to get a contractor to do the restoration I asked Royal for a bid along with two other contractors. Royal was not the lowest bid, actually they were midway between the high and low bid. I was so pleased with their work on the remediation and their punctuality... read full review
