Used their services last year for our rental property. Brett arrived as scheduled and was very easy going and professional and understood our needs. Just recently had a problem on my own house and again Brett arrived, found the exact area where I was having a problem and recommended what I needed to have repaired. I didn’t think I’d be motivated to write a review for a pool liner service, but this Precision Pool is a winner. Brett was easy to work with, advised me on what I could do verse what I needed to do, and got me on the schedule the next day with no notice. Turns out he is a veteran too, which was a nice bonus. It’s so rare to receive good customer service these days, I feel compelled to share. If you have a pool liner issue, this is the provider for you.
