We have had such a wonderful experience with this karate school. Since enrolling my son, we’ve seen a remarkable improvement not only in his karate skills, but also in his behavior at both school and home. He has gained so much more focus, discipline, confidence, and respect for others.

Our experience at PPK has been nothing short of amazing. Our son’s emotion, physical, and mental focus has grown leaps and bounds. His confidence and dedication to achieving goals is a testament to the lessons he has learned at this school. His teachers sensei Steve and Master Andrew along with all of the teams staff have made an impact on his personal growth that will last a lifetime. Highly recommend them.

Paul Prendergast Karate is amazing! The instructors care about each student, make time to help students feel empowered in class and outside of the classroom. It has changed my daughter's life and brought a sense of self esteem and self worth while navigating through life's difficulties. The dojo feels like home with the staff and fellow students as an extended family we value and appreciate. Best decision I have made was going to Paul Prendergast Karate!
