Came here years ago with my bearded dragon but came in today to drop off a baby snapping turtle who had a cracked shell. They were very accommodating and passionate about the well being of the turtle as much as I was. I can not wait to see him/her all fixed up and healthy for his release back into the wild. Thankyou for all you guys do ??
Brought my pet Rat here and I’ve had nothing but the best experience from them. They helped me through some hard times. If you have an exotic animal, I recommend Nautilus Avian. & exotics. My kids also love coming because they never know what animal they get to see!
I can’t say enough good things about Nautilus Avian & Exotics. We brought in our guinea pig Jellybean during an emergency, and the entire staff was incredibly caring from the moment we walked in. They took their time explaining every option, were honest about what was happening, and treated us — and Jellybean — with kindness and compassion during a very difficult situation.
Everyone we interacted with was patient, gentle, and professional. Even though the outcome was heartbreaking, I’m grateful he was in the hands of people who truly care about the animals they treat and the families who love them.
