Walked in not even knowing I had a membership issue and before I could even panic Rodney and Alexandra were already stepping in to help me out. They were so nice and patient and walked me through everything until it was all sorted out, I never felt like I was being a hassle at all. And honestly this isn’t even a one time thing, every single time I come here the staff makes me feel so welcome and the vibe is just really good. Rodney and Alexandra seriously deserve so much recognition because they went above and beyond and that kind of customer service is honestly hard to find. Great facilities, nice pool and a sauna. What really shines at this facility is the staff, very helpful and willing to help you out. The only thing that would be nicer is if people wouldn't wear socks and shoes in the sauna.

Clean gym for the most part, however, often the class room floor is dirty. Workers don’t have the best customer service. When scanning in, they will just look at you or be on their phone. Other locations, workers will say “Have a good workout” or at least “Hello, how are you?” Not my favorite layout for La Fitness locations, seems slightly cluttered. Do appreciate the sauna being at this location! Honestly that and the gym being by many stores is the only reason I come to this La fitness.
