The girls are doing a really good job, .Very clean and friendly but tara needs some more practice with the massage ! I wouldn’t go back to her, but maybe try someone else.

I have been a member at hand and stone for about a year and have gotten a number of facials by many excellent estheticians. Today hands down was the best experience I have ever had. Dawn was absolutely WONDERFUL and made my skin look brand new. She is skilled and is definitely worth booking an appointment with her. I am already looking forward to my next appointment!

After booking online and filling out all relevant forms, I arrived 5 minutes early to my scheduled time yet not taken back until nearly 15 minutes later. Once taken back, I was promptly told that I was unable to receive a massage today due to being in a car accident 4 days ago. I was then told that I needed to wait 3 weeks and have a doctor’s note. I included on the forms that I filled out PRIOR to my massage that I was in an accident. Where was the disclaimer that I needed to wait an allotted amount of time with a physical note? Never mind the fact that I already received imaging and was medically cleared already from a doctor. Why does a massage therapist- which requires a high school diploma- believe she is above or more educated regarding trauma than a medical practitioner? Why wasn’t I informed of my ineligibility to receive a massage prior to arriving if the forms are required? I would love to see a disclaimer as well as a policy regarding medical clearance for car accidents. Making up arbitrary rules on a case by case basis doesn’t seem like best practice, but who am I to question a high school graduate?!

Not as best experience, both a gift card for someone 1h massage 1h facial, got gift carts it’s says 50 min and 50 min ( What? Why?), when person came there massage was 35 min ( that’s unbelievable), facial specialist just tried to sell more services instead off do there job, I don't even know what to say, so draw your own conclusions. 2 stars for customer service that help make an appointment, other then this nothing to go for…

This was my second time at this Hand and Stone for a massage. The first one wasn’t the greatest, I selected any random female. I asked her to apply pressure and she just wasn’t doing that at all. Then I got a massage from Janka and she was by far the best masseuse I’ve ever had. If you’re looking to book a massage, book with Janka! She is the absolute best and really focuses on the areas that you need extra pressure or less pressure on. She is the sweetest and always checks in to make sure the pressure she is applying is okay. I won’t be seeing anyone else!

stay away!!!! they are gonna be very, very friendly before you join their membership, but the second they have your credit card info they’re gonna be the most nasty customer service you ever met! STAY AWAY!!!!! I really regretted that I did not read the reviews on Google before I signed my membership and spend weeks and weeks and weeks to cancel it!!!!
