I called Eastern Shore on the weekend as our heat went out. They called me back immediately and even though they couldn’t get a technician out same day, they tried to troubleshoot my issue over the phone at no charge. We couldn’t figure it out after lots of trial and error, so a technician came immediately the next day and swiftly diagnosed our issue. Highly recommend Eastern Shore and will definitely use them again!
Extremely courteous and professional. I thought I'd be hammered in costs due to being a Saturday. However that was not the case. Very reasonable and honest concerning the fix. Very happy with Eastern and their mechanic. No ear hoops or face earrings. Clean cut and polite !!
The representative came to the house was polite and respectful, and extremely thorough. I would highly recommend this company to anyone. Their work was clean and their prices are very reasonable.
