I was a loyal customer for almost 5 years. I called yesterday to schedule an appointment for today….. I asked if 1:00 pm was available and was told yes. Arrived for my appointment and the person was not yet there. I was asked if I wanted to wait or have someone else do it. I said I’d wait. .. 35 minutes later still not in the shop! Why was I told yes for 1:00 if he wasn’t in?? Very disappointed…. I have patiently waited in the shop if they run behind…. Never a problem because I book on my days off…. This was unnecessary…. Drove all the way there to wait when he wasn’t even in . Going elsewhere 🙁

DD Nails is very convenient for me. I was able to get an appointment very easily for a pedicure. My pedicure was very good and relaxing. The man that I think manages the place was not very friendly. I did notice that the plexiglass at the manicure stations looked dirty and there was a very dirty rag on the floor. This salon could be so nice but it just needs to improve the cleanliness to make it more attractive.

Venezuelan lady that does eyebrows is amazing! The guy in the front with the short cut has an attitude problem and literally thought my cousin was going to walk out without paying which is embarrassing.Services: Pedicure
