Aweful experience. Visiting my mother from out of town and went for a simple gel manicure. Called to make the appointment and was told it should take no more than 30 to 40 min. Over an hour later my cuticles were sore and bleeding and the gel was stuck to the skin on my cuticles. The owner who originally took the appointment offered for me to come back. The fact that the nail tech actually hurt me and made me bleed and the owner only responded with an im sorry come back and I'll fix it is not acceptable. That was not an option. There was a reason why I made an appointment . I was not going to inconvenience my elderly mother to come out in the terrible rain at the time after she waited over the said time for my initial appointment for him to correct. He should not have nail techs working there that don't know what they are doing. She told me that my cuticles would feel better after I washed my hands a few times. Like really? I paid for a professional service. Not a practice round.

Over expensive. They charged me 73 bucks for Yankee nails. 5 nails cracked. They fixed them. Than another mail cracked yesterday after a week. They refused to fix. I had to go back 5 times to fix. One she never showed up. It was the worst nail place ever. Don’t go. Nails crack after a day. I am so angry how I was treated. They suck. The nail they wouldn’t fix after a week.Service: Nail art

At this place they pick and choose who’s going to get their nails done. If you’re getting regular nails done, forget it; They’ll put people who’s getting more expensive nails in front of you without even asking you. I never felt disrespect like this before, my money isn’t worth less than anyone’s else’s. I pay for the service when I requested and I waited my time, but guess what? My time never came, because they didn’t want to do my nails since it was just a regular manicure without expensive adds on in it. Never coming back, and you shouldn’t either. Unprofessional, disrespectful, they’re not ready and shouldn’t be dealing with different public.
