1 star is even to kind of a rating- I called this morning to make appointment to put my sick dog down. the receptionist asked me all kinds of questions like what is wrong with dog???? why would I put a healthy dog to sleep!!!!!!! then put me on hold and told me she couldn't schedule the appointment, a nurse will call me. yeah 4 hours later they called me. I didn't answer because I was angry and hurt. they left a messaging saying the couldn't schedule a euthenAsia and to take my poor sick pup to a walk in place or urgent care- what a disgrace! no compassion! it is hard enough to make the call to put our loved fur baby down, yet to be treated like shit! do not go there!

They do not care about the comfortability or respect of our pets!!! I took my husky to get her teeth cleaned , in this process they usually have to shave off the hair off one of the legs to insert the syringe to put her to sleep. She came back with FOUR of her paws shaved and with blood residue. My dog came back in AGONIZING PAIN. SHE CRIED DAY AND NIGHT FOR 3 DAYS!!!!! We called and asked why was all her legs shaved and pinched , they said there was only one person trying to hold her down and put the syringe in simultaneously. of course some dogs handle the vet well and most do not. My dog literally pees herself when she step in the vacinity because she hates the vet....read full review

The staff at Banfield are very pleasant and helpful. I love the both Drs I had at Petsmart at the Brick location. My dog Lizzie is dealing with UTI and a bladder stone. I’ve been giving her everything they advised. This past weekend I called Banfield (the one next to the FedEx ) in Brick because the other one is closed on the weekends. Since that’s not the one I usually go to. Lizzie has been having constant diahrea and at times throwing up. The Vet told me to call if it continued . So I did !!!They told me to go to the ER if I thought it was an emergency or wait till Monday when the one at Petsmart opened. Never received a call from the triage nurse.
