I can't rave about this beautiful studio enough! Owner keeps class prices low, space is beautiful, and each teacher has something special to offer. Do yourself a favor and check out a class. You won't be disappointed.
Such a great yoga classes with Nancy, she is truly gifted with putting the classes together! I became a regular because I just loved the vibe and always felt the class was orchestrated for what I needed! Love you Nancy!
The online classes during the pandemic have been amazing! I take the Flow Class with instructor Ian and it is so relaxing and rewarding. The flexibility with online offerings during the pandemic has been a game changer for high risk individuals. The staff are so friendly and positive, I am looking forward to in person classes!
