The office manager, Kim, is very kind and friendly. Any question or concern she will be able to help. She truly cares about you and your pets. Tyler, who also manages the emails and calls is super friendly and knowledgeable!

I have been using Raritan valley veterinary hospital for the past few years, the staff is always so friendly and attentive. Dr Tosh is always warm and welcoming, shows genuine compassion, spends extensive amount of time discussing treatment plans and options, and I always feel like my pets are getting the best up-to-date, evidence-based treatment. I cannot say enough positive things about their practice!

Dr. Verma and Dr. Tosh are some of the best veterinarians out there. They’re incredibly knowledgeable, thorough, and genuinely care about their patients. Unlike some of the bigger clinics where things can get rushed or overlooked, they actually take the time to pay attention to the details. They caught and properly treated my dog’s broken and infected nail after it had been missed elsewhere. Highly recommend if you want attentive, high-quality care for your pet.

Raritan Valley helped me secure my dog's international health certificate in a very short time frame, and they went above and beyond when I arrived at the airport and learned I also need to provide them with the rabies cert as well! They emailed it to me immediately. They are super responsive and all so nice. Highly recommend!

I was recently referred to Raritan Valley Veterinary Hospital for a review of my dog’s X-rays and to schedule surgery for stone removal. From the moment I walked in, I was met with kindness and compassion. Kim greeted me right away, and her warmth immediately stood out during what was already a very stressful situation.
Dr. Burma recommended taking additional X-rays, and Kim brought my dog in for them. He was clearly anxious, but there was something about Kim’s calm, gentle presence that immediately put my dog at ease. Those X-rays revealed that my dog’s stones had moved, and what was initially thought to be a scheduled procedure quickly became an emergency.
Dr. Burma and Dr. Tosh quickly discussed a without hesitation immediately offered to reach out to hospitals on my behalf. Kim stepped in without pause, calling three different hospitals. Two of them said they could take my dog after the holiday weekend, despite the situation clearly being an emergency. Kim didn’t stop there. She continued calling, advocating for my dog as if he were her own. Not only did she successfully find a hospital that would take him, but she also walked me through what to expect once I arrived, which made an overwhelming moment feel manageable.
My dog underwent successful surgery and was discharged three days later after two nights of care. And then, when I least expected it, I received a follow-up call to check on how he was doing. Of course, it was Kim!
To Dr. Burma and Dr. Tosh, thank you for your expertise, urgency, and care. And to Kim, thank you beyond words. You are truly one of a kind. The level of advocacy, warmth, and compassion you showed during one of the most stressful moments I’ve experienced is something I will always be grateful for.

Can't say enough wonderful things about Dr. Verma. Our sweet giant has terrible white coat anxiety. Dr. Verma goes out of his way to build a relationship with her always taking her needs into consideration. No judgements, just pure love and patience. He openly welcomed us to visit as often as we like for a treat to make her comfortable. Moms with fur babies like me need more people like Dr. Verma that understand a dogs language and respects it. Thank you to Dr. Verma and his very sweet techs for loving our girl. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!

Even though the wait was a little longer than usual, the Spanish-speaking young lady and the doctor treated me and my dog with so much kindness and respect that it completely made up for it. Thanks to them, this place deserves 5 stars!

5 Star Rating, I brought my cat Luna here with what we speculated was a major uterine infection and after an x-ray it was discovered to be a bladder stone, She was provided with antibiotics and we purchased specialized foods there for her, The staff are very compassionate and treat their patients like they're their own pets, We couldn't be happier with the care provided to Luna and we are looking forward to bringing Luna and our other cats here for check ups and treatments is needed, Thanks Again!!!
