Rhmanie is a gem! My first time experience her but she was very sweet and warm. Her kind approach made me feel welcomed in the store. She is patient and also knowledgeable about the Ulta app/rewards. I would definitely come back to shop if I know she is there. Very friendly and a great asset to the store!

February: I came back again this month and I met Ryan who recommended really good choices for eye creams. Eileen was so attentive as well once again in assisting me with checking inventory for the product I needed. Both of them were very helpful, patient, and friendly. :) It makes a difference when you walk into a store and are greeted and you feel like the associates genuinely want to help. :)

Gillian (the young woman with the philtrum piercing) was excellent in terms of offering suggestions for products I liked without being pushy or obtrusive. Really nice shopping experience!!
