He assured us that all of the things we valued could be saved and described the process that would occur in our home and also at the cleaning facilities of the company. He was thoughtful and kind, and he listened carefully to what we had to say. He answered our questions and let us know that he would quickly be available if we called or texted his number. In addition, he met with the insurance adjuster and helped us to understand what work would be covered. His staff was professional and went beyond the required work to be sure that things that were precious to us were cared for.
