Sam was absolutely AMAZING!! I struggled for years to find a hairdresser who would do exactly what I wanted without my damaging my hair. Sam helped so much and listened to what I wanted and also made sure I looked natural. If you’re looking for someone who truly knows their craft (especially for blondes) Sam is definitely the one.

I used the beauty room for my wedding on 9/26. I can’t say enough about their wedding team. They made sure I was absolutely satisfied with my pre-trials and took care of me completely to make sure I was confident and truly loved their work. Came the wedding day, they had a team of 4 people who showed up to my home early and in the zone to do 9 women’s hair and makeup. They were excellent!! Extremely thorough and up to any task that was thrown at them as we all wanted very different hairstyles and makeup looks. I appreciated their professionalism, patience, and timely diligent work to have us all ready and beautiful by 1pm. And they delivered! Thank you Beauty Room!!

If I could give this place 0 stars I would!! I placed an online order on this salons website for a curling iron back on February 5th and two days later on February 7th they reached out to me telling me the curling iron wasn't in stock and stating that they would give me a refund and they still haven't issued my refund. I've tried contacting them by phone, email and even got the better business bureau involved just to get my refund and they still have not responded it is now June 10th and I haven't heard from them or received my refund. This is absolutely unacceptable they are scammers and to make matters even worse they do a shit job on people's hair. I will keep contacting them until I get my refund.

I got my haircut by Bonnie yesterday after going far too long without a professional cut and I feel like a new person! Bonnie listens, makes recommendations, and talks you through the process - regardless of how big or small the change will be. I've been going to Bonnie since I was 20 years old (17 years!), and I would never think of going anywhere else. The Beauty Room did my wedding hair and makeup, my sister's, my sister-in-law's.... my whole family goes there! The Beauty Room is high energy, positive, and I always leave with a smile on my face. I highly recommend the entire staff - they are all so talented! THANK YOU, BONNIE!!! <3

Love this salon!! Great atmosphere! The people are very nice and I was soooo happy with the way my stylist , Christopher, did my hair. This was my second visit to this salon. I had this done at about 11 am and when I took this pic it was 11 pm. It still held its shape even after dancing for several hours. They listen to what you want and give you an honest opinion. As far as salons go the cost surprised me. It was much less expensive than I thought it was going to be!! Highly recommend!!
