Luxury Rebuilding LLC has replaced roofs and gutters on two of my apartment buildings. Andrea Verdugo, the owner of this company has been very helpful in choosing proper materials and offering color coordination. The job was quickly scheduled and the work was done within the projected 2-3 day estimate. After completion of the project, the entire area was cleaned of debris. Very happy with the new roof; very professional in every way. Nice to have a supervisor touch base with us on a regular basis to keep us informed. They even found some drainage problems on the flat roof that a previous company had totally missed.
