Was happy with all services that were provided the day my lawn done. He definitely took the time/care and covered all my yard.
My lawn was high at the time and I totally understand there's going to be a lot of grass clippings, my only problem was that when the job was finished and he used the blower to blow all the grass clippings they turned out to be in my mailbox, all over the front of my house on the sills of my windows and on my car, etc. This was discouraging. Next visit hoping will be different.
This is the second season we have been using Augusta to cut our lawn. They are always there the day they are scheduled for, and handle the cutting promptly, as working from home now the noise is quick and not bothersome. We had some issues of a mower breaking a septic cap and some areas of the lawn not being cut, but once we reported to customer service, the problems were fixed. The cap was replaced within a few day and on the next cutting, the entire area of the lawn was cut properly. It is difficult to be perfect all the time, but what companies can control is their responses to feedback, and Augusta handled that very professionally!
We just came back from vacation to find the mulch job done beautifully. All the edges were done perfectly and the mulch was very neat.Kudos to your employee who did this. I would highly recommend you to anyone.
