I would highly recommend Sophia at this practice who has been my therapist since April 2025. I’ve had such a wonderful experience with my therapist Sophia. I have been seeing her for about 10 months now. She create a safe, comfortable space where I feel truly heard and supported. Her guidance is calm, understanding, and never judgmental. I’ve learned so much about myself, and I’ve grown in ways I didn’t expect. Every session leaves me feeling lighter, clearer, and more confident.
