I spoke with Tom (owner) on the phone and set up an appointment for the following day to have a washing machine drain line cleared out. I am extremely happy with my experience. Tom was very personable and took the time to go over what they were going to do, the equipment used, and after the work was done gave me pointers to help prevent the pipe from clogging in the future (lint trap on the end of the hose).
These guys are top notch, Tom himself is always on the job and is very professional and thorough with all his jobs!! Would highly recommend Resolute!!
