Lenny has done work for me a couple of times already and has been great. He showed up both times right away in emergency situations and resolved the issues quickly and professionally. I would highly recommend Palumbo Heating to anyone looking.Service: Water heater repair
Called them in a panic at 8am: sewage backup into my shower (I.e., please help me asap!) Team was here at 8:12am. Problem fixed as well as root cause identified/future action plan communicated back to me, all by 8:45am. Price seemed fair (but when you have feces coming into your shower, it’s less so the price and more so the ability to just fix it immediately.) Incredibly efficient. Will absolutely call Palumbo for any and all plumbing needs!
I called for a non-urgent plumbing installation, he said ‘next week’ over the phone, but asked if he could check it out that day. Well he came, knocked out the work same day and everyone is happy. Highly recommend!
