Joe offered to come out for an estimate the next day and the day after the work was done. His team was efficient and cleaned up beautifully after the job was finished. Sally in the office totally went above and beyond to validate the existence of a prior permit - which even the TOWN said wasn't there! Jonathan, the technician, was helpful, friendly, and efficient - great experience.

Mr. Prato is the top chimney repair expert in Essex County. No other chimney professional has his depth of expertise and experience. He is especially skilled at bringing heating exhaust systems in older homes up to current building codes.Mr. Prato is exceptionally honest; he only does repairs which are truly needed and he looks for the most cost effective way to do them.
