What really impressed me was what happened on the day of the road test. I brought my own car to the DMV for my son to use for his road test, only to find out last minute that it couldn’t be used because of the tinted windows. They gave me 1 hour to come back with a different car or reschedule. I immediately called Sam, the owner of Concord Driving School, and without hesitation, he sent Paris with one of their cars last minute so my son could still take his test.
