The team is a true group of professionals and an absolute pleasure to work with. Everything ran smoothly from start to finish, and even when unexpected issues came up, they handled them with calm, efficiency, and real professionalism. The construction crew was polite and responsive during the entire project. Customers had an amazing experience and couldn't be happier with the professionalism and eye for design. The team managed everything perfectly, giving customers the bathroom of their dreams without any stress. The team is also meticulous and professional. Bath Tune-Up is an excellent option for projects between a quick refresh and full gut. Their customer service was great. High marks.
Replacing our bathroom shower was a truly a delightful experience thanks to Steven & Takia (owners) and their competent team. Everyone involved was highly professional, yet personable, as well as attentive to our wishes. Steven and Ben listened to our needs and preferences, made suggestions , and came up with a plan and a detailed estimate.
The crew was always polite, punctual, and respectful of our family and home. Stellar craftsmanship can be seen in every detail - from the frameless glass, and flawless tile work, to the double niche, and dual function fixtures .
