While the interior is very, very clean the handful of times I’ve been in there, I’m assuming the owner (woman by the register) wasn’t very pleasant. Never once got a, “Hello/Welcome. How may I help you?”. She just looks at you and I tell her what service I need and she’ll point to a station. She also never says, “Thank you. Have a nice day,”. I just feel like that customer service that goes a long way. Make me feel wanted because the vibes never give that.

I heard so much about this salon and I was needing a nail tech to do my birthday set last minute. The first thing that caught me was the interior. It was very clean, very relaxed environment. The male nail tech (i didn’t get him name) did such a wonderful job on my nails.
I asked for a lot of requests and throughout the processed he listened to all of them and check in me if it was up to my liking, i truly appreciated it.
All in all they deserve that 5 star rating because not only I am obsessed with my nails, the price wasn’t expensive but also because of their hospitality and kindness. :)
Loved the attention to detail. All I want is my cuticles cleaned up and dip. And they did a really good job. I appreciate the extra time to shape the nail after the dip. Bc otherwise the nail can be slightly off shaped. ? maybe I’m OCD. But I’m really picky. I also really liked that they helped me pick out colors. For my toes and fingers. The price was 100% worth it. The other places charge as much and don’t do as good of a job.
