I’ve been training here for over a year and can’t recommend it enough. The community is incredibly welcoming and supportive, and I’ve made what truly feel like lifelong friends. The practice blends movement, musicality, awareness, and presence in a way that goes far beyond fitness. Mestre Gaivota and the instructors are deeply caring and thoughtful. A true gem in the area for all ages and fitness levels. Looking forward to training here for years to come.
