Highly recommend this carpet cleaning company! They were responsive, on time, and provided excellent service. Julio was friendly, professional, and confident he could remove the dog pee smell from our carpets and furniture — and he delivered. What really impressed me was that they honored their 30-day guarantee to come back if any stains or odors returned, even though the extent of the issue wasn’t their fault. Great customer service and a company that truly stands behind their work!
