My Aunt received a flyer on her door advertising roof replacement from Grand View Roofing & Exteriors covered by her homeowners policy. She had recently had some damage to her roof from a huge wind storm and it needed repair. She couldn’t afford to pay out of pocket and the flyer advertised “Full roof replacement covered by your Homeowners policy, pay only your deductible” I didn’t believe it, but I wanted to see what they had to say so I decided to give them a call. Larry and crew will forever be on our recommendation list. First and foremost, they’re safe and trustworthy in your home. Zero pressure or forcing other options for a bigger profit. Honest, transparent pricing (by far the best prices for the work and materials compared to seven other estimates). The craftsmanship is unmatched and they’re fantastic to work with, always on time and will go out of their way to help when you’re in a pinch, (like when our roof was leaking through two stories and dripping from our ceiling light into our kitchen sink). We started with a roof repair and ended up using them for our entire exterior renovation. No one’s better.
Grand View roofing & Exteriors has done an awesome job of helping us out. I made the mistake of initially using another contractor. Grand View came in and fixed their multiple mistakes. I cannot be more appreciative of all they have done for us. Thank you Grand View roofing & Exteriors!!!
