“Today was our first visit with Zamari, and I was honestly amazed.
I have a 10-year-old son on the autism spectrum who is non- verbal and struggles with sensory issues—especially when it comes to haircuts. Typically, this experience can be overwhelming for him.

He was incredibly patient, took his time, and explained every step to my son before doing anything. He was also very understanding when my son needed breaks, which made a huge difference.

I’ll admit, I’m usually a bit of a “helicopter mom,” but Zamari gently encouraged me to step back and let him work with my son—and I’m so glad I did. While there were a few tears, overall my son did GREAT. This was the first time in a long time that a barber was able to properly line him up.

I highly recommend Zamari to any parents with children who have sensory sensitivities. We will definitely be back!“
