“I found Charlie Snowder through Google. We were looking for someone to remove a load bearing wall in our house to open things up. It wasn't a simple, straight forward remodel since it was load bearing and in addition was supporting a huge beam in one of the rooms. Charlie came over and took a look, gave us some on the spot design and construction information. He consulted with a structural engineer and got back to us with a quote within a few days. Once we gave him the go ahead and signed some paperwork, work started within a few days. Each of the tradesmen he sent to our house wore a mask and were very neat and kept things tidy. We had several different crews doing different aspects of work. Charlie kept us informed ahead of each crew as to who was coming and when. I did call him once with something I noticed that needed some touching up, he sent someone over that afternoon and did it. The end result is gorgeous! They did a wonderful job. We highly recommend Charlie Snowder and his company. You are in good hands with him for anything you want done. He's a pro! Dennis & Nina Fox Escondido, California November 7, 2020“

“John first came to our attention when he helped my parents (seniors) with their house as they prepared to sell it. He was honest, he did what he said he was going to do (incl phone calls & appts) and he charged very reasonable fees. He treated my parents with respect and gave suggestions to make the work more efficient and/or save them cost. My partner and I hired him to replace screen door hinges and install a chain. He assured us we did not need to replace the whole door; this was good news. Next, he looked at the windows (25 years old) that weren't able to open or close properly. He assessed the situation and said the windows were still good & didn't need replacement. Instead, he bought parts for the cranks and the mechanisms that actually open the windows. Parts and labor came to $220 vs what we would have spent had we replaced the whole windows: $1600 (not including labor)! If you want an honest, skilled, friendly and decent man to fix the things in your house, CALL JOHN!“
