It was a pleasure to work with designer Christopher Heredia at Royal Drapes! It was my first time ordering custom drapes in many years, and I was apprehensive about doing it online. The website was easy to navigate and understand. When I ran into some design question, Christopher was responsive, informed, and had solutions for a ticky window situation. This is my second time ordering window treatments from Regal. The drapes and valences and roman shades are absolutely stunning and such high quality. The design process is so easy, the workmanship is superb and the cherry on top is their customer service. I needed to make an alteration to one set of drapes and it was super easy, and the team at Regal were so very helpful. They communicate well, follow up and check in all along the way. One of my very favorite companies to work with. Well done!
