I needed to buy some parts for my water softener system and Paul was a tremendous help! I spoke to him over the phone and my wife picked up the part. He helped assemble the part to make sure it fit and was very informative. We put everything back together at home and it worked perfectly. Thank you Paul & AWC!

Paul came to my house, and rather than trying to sell me something, he told me my water was great and didn't need anything at all. It was very nice to see that, as most companies would just to invent a problem to fix. For that, and for their great customer service - 5 stars.

Excellent service with life-changing results. Every employee who my husband and I have dealt with have all been exceptionally knowledgable, transparent, and kind.Paul's team came out to our home a few months ago to address our severe hard water problem. They came out quickly and explained the process and costs thoroughly. We've had the whole house and RO systems for about 2 or 3 months, and are thrilled with the results.
