Allowing a caregiver and client to be seated side by side; treating the individual with patience and dignity, like any other customer; being mindful of sensory sensitivities. Great service and staff. The facility is very clean. The staff is amazing and very friendly. However, my boyfriend and I booked appointments for spa pedicures. During the middle of our service, a woman walked in and stared us down. We had already been there for at least 20 minutes into our service. She became irate and asked why she had to wait for us to finish our service so that she could start. It felt very uncomfortable for us to be getting our treatment and have some woman stare us down like we weren't allowed to be there because she couldn't wait for another tech.

Had a great experience here! They were busy so the guy that greeted me at the front desk took me. He helped me pick my nail color and very delicately took off my old gel polish because my nails are kinda frail, he took his time shaping them and they came out great.
