Annual Check up for heater. Zachary and Hunter were amazing. They explained everything on my level and answered several questions I had for them.
Hired them to put in a humidifier. They did an amazing job. Explained everything. Very friendly.
Ryan came out when our AC had a fuse blow in our condenser. He found electrical issues and he is referring us to an electrician. I appreciate the info. Very friendly.
I had an A/C problem with my rental property, so I called Professor Gatsby's who I have used before. The person we made the appointment with was very nice and helpful. When Ryan came out to determine what was wrong he did it quickly, efficiently, and professionally. I highly recommend Professor Gatsby's!
We have been using Gatsby’s for about 10 years. They do excellent quality work. In our most recent job our technician Ryan needed to cut old tile out and create an access panel. He took the time and care to do it right and cleanly cut the minimum tile needed. It looks excellent. I will tell you that Prof. Gatsby’s is not always going to be the cheapest but I had them do plumbing, install a tankless hot water heater and replace our upstairs AC unit. Everytime they do the job excellent with attention to detail.
