My unit went on the first day of the heatwave. Professor Gatsby's did an amazing job installing a brand new, energy efficient HVAC system in my home. From the first visit with Paul, to the the day of install, everyone was so professional, so helpful and took the time to explain the whole process to me. Joe came out to do our semi annual checkup/ maintenance. He was extremely knowledgeable and thorough. He explained everything I needed to know about his visit and answered any/all questions I had.
Professor Gatsby’s did incredible job!!!! Matt the owner came to my home and showed me how he was designing furnace and Air conditioner system to work more efficient for my home. He explained to me that the duct work that I had with the old system was good for the old system, which made a lot of sense since my system was 29 years old. Every other company that I spoke with wanted to use the old duct work. Professor Gatsby is the only company that offer to design a special duct for my home.
