If you want a service on YOUR schedule, move right along because Paul Park from Preferred Home Remodeling works on HIS schedule. If I can make it, I'll come. If it may rain or my wife has a doctor appt., you WILL be rescheduled to fit Paul's schedule. Sad, but he should retire.

I understand why there's just a single 1 star review here. Well make that two. Paul came out July 14 - notably entering the yard without knocking first - inspected the awning that needed a repair, quoted $450 to which I agreed, and he informed me that he'd be in touch the following week. 3 weeks later, and with no follow-up since, I once again contacted them to inquire as to when he'd be out. His wife, who is obviously hard of hearing, took the call and I was informed I'd get a call back. Evidently they don't like potential customers calling them back because instead of setting a time, Paul decided to claim that I was somehow rude with his wife... read full review

They installed SunSetter awnings for us and did a good job but when we needed service afterwards, they completely ignored our calls. TERRIBLE service and full of excuses as to why they can do the work. I'd give zero stars if I could.
