The group at Hitch RV make buying an RV a positive experience. From Sales to repairs, communication is great. We bought our travel trailer last August from them. We had a few issues that needed repair. The service department went above and beyond working with the warranty to make sure everything was fixed and working in tip top shape . I had a great experience thanks to Vinny. He went above and beyond helping me with my fridge warranty and made the whole process smooth and stress-free. He took the time to explain everything clearly and made sure I was taken care of, ultimately helping me get a brand new replacement. It’s rare to find someone who genuinely cares about customer service like that. Highly recommend asking for Vinny if you need help!
I worked with Nicole at the Berlin, NJ location and she was absolutely wonderful. The other employees were helpful in selling my RV too, but Nicole was so incredibly on top of everything and ensured I was able to get an appointment in a very timely manner (even when I thought I didn't need the appointment any longer and cancelled once). If you need someone who will be incredibly responsive to your phone calls and messages throughout the sale of your RV, I can personally vouch for Nicole!
