My husband is buried in the VA Lawn and it is so beautiful. I placed him near the memorial. I thank everyone at Gate of Heaven in Berlin, NJ for their kindness and caring. This cemetery is a very special place and the people that work there are very special people.
Such a beautiful cemetery! Located off of the White Horse Pike in a serene place. The grounds are kept very nicely and amazingly decorated. It can be a bit tricky to find a grave of a loved one if not familiar with this place. I wish there were signs and a map to help guide people through.Otherwise, another awesome diocesan cemetery.
My husband and I were doing some preplanning and spoke with Bill Franchi. He spent a lot of time with us, showing us the lots available, discussing our family plan options, and costs. He also provided us with a list of monument businesses in South Jersey so that we can determine what is right for us. The cemetery lot costs were reasonable, met our needs, and the cemetery was clean and well maintained. I highly recommend Bill Franchi as he has many years of experience, and clearly spells out the process and costs for the options that are available.
